You must complete exit counseling when you leave school or drop below half-time enrollment. This ensures you understand your student loan obligations and are prepared for repayment.

During exit counseling, you'll learn about your federal student loan payments after school. We will recommend a repayment strategy that aligns with your future plans and goals.

Your school may have specific exit counseling requirements, so check with your school's financial aid office.

When Completing Exit Counseling:

- Close all internet browser tabs except the one you’re using for counseling.

- Avoid letting your session time out. Sessions will time out after 15 minutes of inactivity.
